Terms of Use for Travel Agencies
Version 1.0 · Effective 14 October 2026
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Voyaqo platform by travel agencies and their users. By creating an account or using the platform, the agency and each of its users accept these Terms.
1. Who we are and what Voyaqo does
Voyaqo is an online business-to-business (B2B) platform. It lets registered travel agencies search, compare, book and manage ground transfers, such as airport transfers and transfers within a city, from transport suppliers that have a contract with Voyaqo.
Voyaqo arranges the booking, the payment and customer support. The transfer itself is operated by the transport supplier shown on the booking ("the supplier"). Voyaqo does not own or operate vehicles.
Voyaqo serves businesses only. It is not offered to private individuals.
2. Agency accounts
Only licensed travel agencies may open an account. When signing up, the agency gives its name, country and the details of its account administrator, and uploads its commercial registration and its travel or tourism licence.
A new account stays under review until Voyaqo has checked the documents and activated it. Voyaqo may refuse an application without giving reasons.
The agency confirms that all information and documents it provides are true, current and complete, and will update them when they change.
3. Users and security
The agency's administrator can invite users, set their role (administrator or agent) and deactivate them. Agents see only the bookings they make; administrators see all of the agency's bookings.
The agency is responsible for everything done under its account and by its users. Each user must keep their password confidential and must not share their login.
The agency must tell Voyaqo without delay if it suspects that an account has been misused.
4. Prices
Prices are shown to the agency in US dollars as the agency's net price. Prices shown in search results are held for a limited time; after that, a new search is needed.
The agency may add its own markup and set the price it charges its client. The agency alone is responsible for the price it charges its client and for its relationship with that client.
Any taxes that apply are shown on Voyaqo's invoice.
5. Booking, payment and confirmation
The agency pays by card when it books. The amount is first authorized (held) on the card. It is charged only after the supplier confirms the booking.
A booking is confirmed only when the supplier has confirmed it. Until then it shows as awaiting supplier confirmation.
If the supplier declines the booking, or does not confirm it in time, the booking does not go ahead and the hold on the card is released without any charge.
After confirmation, Voyaqo issues a transfer voucher and an invoice. The voucher may show the agency's name, logo and contact details together with the words "Operated by Voyaqo".
6. What each booking includes
Before booking, the agency sees the standards that apply to the offer, including:
- the free waiting time at pickup;
- whether meet and greet is included;
- the maximum number of passengers and pieces of luggage;
- the free-cancellation deadline;
- flight tracking and child seats, where the supplier offers them.
The agency must give correct passenger details, a reachable phone number and, for airport pickups, the flight number. The supplier may refuse passengers or luggage beyond the booked limits.
7. Passenger no-show
If the passenger is not at the meeting point within the free waiting time, the transfer is treated as a no-show. A no-show is charged in full and is not refunded.
8. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations follow Voyaqo's Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Acceptable use
The agency and its users must not:
- give false information or make bookings they do not intend to use;
- access the platform by automated means, copy its content or extract its prices;
- resell or share access to the platform with third parties;
- try to bypass the platform's security or interfere with its operation;
- use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
10. The agency's own branding
If the agency adds its name, logo or contact details to its vouchers, it confirms that it has the right to use them and that they are accurate.
11. Responsibility and limits
The supplier is responsible for operating the transfer. Voyaqo is responsible for handling the booking, the payment and support with reasonable care.
Voyaqo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including traffic, weather, flight delays beyond the free waiting time, government action or system outages of third parties.
Voyaqo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or business. Voyaqo's total liability for any booking is limited to the amount the agency paid for that booking.
If a supplier fails to provide a confirmed transfer, Voyaqo will help find an alternative where possible or refund the amount paid for that transfer.
12. Suspension and closing an account
Voyaqo may suspend or close an agency's account if the agency breaks these Terms, if its documents are no longer valid, if payments fail, or if Voyaqo suspects fraud or misuse. Where possible, Voyaqo will tell the agency the reason first.
The agency may close its account at any time by contacting Voyaqo support. Bookings already confirmed remain subject to these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
Voyaqo may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date are always shown on this page. Material changes are announced in the platform before they take effect. Using the platform after that date means accepting the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Voyaqo support, using the contact details shown in the platform and on Voyaqo's vouchers.
