Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 14 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Voyaqo collects, why, who it is shared with and how it is protected.
1. Who is responsible
Voyaqo is responsible for the personal data processed on the platform. The agency is responsible for having the right to share its passengers' details with Voyaqo for their transfers, and for informing its passengers accordingly.
2. Data we collect
- Agency data: company name, country, commercial registration and travel or tourism licence documents, and the agency's voucher branding.
- User data: name, email address, role, and records of the actions each user takes on the platform.
- Passenger data for each booking: lead passenger name, phone number, email address, flight number, number of passengers and luggage, and notes for the driver.
- Payment data: the payment status and amounts. Card numbers are entered into and processed by the payment gateway; Voyaqo does not store them.
- Technical data needed to run and secure the platform, such as sign-in session data and the security check on the sign-up page.
3. Why we use it
- to check and activate agency accounts;
- to make, manage, change and cancel bookings with suppliers;
- to take payments and process refunds;
- to issue vouchers, invoices and statements;
- to provide support and handle problems with transfers;
- to keep the platform secure and prevent fraud and misuse;
- to meet legal and accounting obligations.
We use the data because it is needed to provide the service the agency signed up for, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
4. Who we share it with
- Transport suppliers: only the passenger and booking details needed to operate the transfer.
- The payment gateway (Mastercard Gateway, through MEPS): to process card payments and refunds.
- Service providers that host and secure the platform, such as cloud hosting and Cloudflare's sign-up security check, under obligations to protect the data.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Voyaqo does not sell personal data.
5. Where the data is stored
The platform runs on cloud servers that may be located outside Jordan. Voyaqo uses providers that apply recognised security measures to protect the data.
6. How long we keep it
Booking, payment and invoice records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for the periods required by accounting and tax law. Agency documents are kept while the account is open and for a limited period after it is closed. Users who are deactivated lose access at once; their past actions remain in the audit records.
7. How we protect it
- each agency can see only its own data, and agents see only their own bookings;
- documents and logos are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links;
- data is encrypted in transit;
- Voyaqo staff access data only for their work, and every change to bookings, payments and accounts is recorded.
8. Your rights
Agencies, users and passengers may ask Voyaqo to access, correct or delete their personal data by contacting Voyaqo support. Some data must be kept for legal or accounting reasons even after a deletion request.
9. Changes and contact
Voyaqo may update this policy; the current version and its effective date are shown on this page. Questions can be sent to Voyaqo support using the contact details shown in the platform.
